Ommpo Terms of Service Agreement

Welcome to Ommpo!

Thank you for choosing Ommpo, an ad-supported urgent care reimbursement service and health and wellness content platform. By subscribing to Ommpo’s services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of Ommpo’s website, mobile applications, and related services (“Services”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Ommpo’s Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules or policies posted to the platform. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use Ommpo’s Services.

2. Overview of Ommpo’s Services

Ommpo provides subscription-based reimbursement support for urgent and emergency care events for people and pets. Your membership offers:

  • Access to urgent care reimbursement based on your plan tier
  • Coverage for individuals, pets, or household members based on plan level
  • Health and wellness content
  • Personalized tips and partner offers
  • An ad-supported experience that helps keep membership costs low

Ommpo is not a healthcare provider and does not offer medical treatment or advice.

3. Subscription Plans

Ommpo offers multiple subscription tiers. Plan pricing, benefits, and coverage limits are provided at enrollment and may change over time.

Types of Coverage
  • Urgent and emergency medical reimbursement for individuals
  • Urgent and emergency care reimbursement for pets
  • Wellness content and partner benefits
  • Access to personalized health tips and resources
Pool Plan: Household Membership Rules

The Pool Plan allows multiple people in a single household to share one reimbursement pool.

To maintain program integrity:

  • Only individuals living at the same physical address as the primary member may be added.
  • A household may include:
    • Adults
    • Minors
    • Seniors
    • Pets
  • Ommpo allows up to four (4) human household members per Pool Plan, unless your plan specifically states otherwise.
  • Additional household members beyond this limit require approval or may incur an added fee.
  • Ommpo may request address verification for all members to prevent fraud.

The primary account holder is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all household information.

4. Use of Ommpo Services

You agree to use Ommpo’s Services lawfully and responsibly. You must provide accurate information when creating an account, adding household members, or submitting claims. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

Ommpo is not liable for unauthorized account access resulting from user negligence.

5. Advertising and Marketing

Ommpo is ad-supported. You acknowledge that:

  • Ads will appear throughout the platform
  • You may receive marketing emails and promotions
  • You may opt out of certain marketing messages, though essential communications will still be sent
  • You may receive personalized advertisements based on your activity and preferences
6. Health and Wellness Content

Ommpo provides informational content only. We do not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All health decisions should be made with a licensed medical professional.

Urgent care reimbursement is limited to eligible, documented services as defined in your plan.

7. Urgent Care Coverage and Reimbursement Process

To receive reimbursement:

  1. Visit any approved urgent care or emergency provider
  2. Pay for services at the time of treatment
  3. Submit itemized receipts and required documentation through Ommpo
  4. Ommpo will review your claim and reimburse eligible amounts based on your plan

Coverage limits, reimbursement amounts, and eligible expenses vary by tier.

8. Pool Plan Reimbursement Rules

For all Pool Plan members:

  • Reimbursements draw from a shared annual reimbursement pool
  • Claims are processed on a first-submitted basis
  • The primary member may view all household claims and activity
  • Ommpo may require identity verification for any member submitting claims
  • Misrepresentation of household status may result in suspension, denial of claims, or removal from the program
9. Privacy and Data Use

By using Ommpo, you consent to our Privacy Policy. Ommpo collects and uses personal and health-related data to:

  • Manage your account
  • Process claims
  • Provide personalized content and ads
  • Improve Services

Your data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

10. Termination and Suspension of Service

Ommpo may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraud or suspected fraud
  • Misuse of the household Pool Plan
  • Abuse of reimbursement benefits

If your subscription ends, you lose access to Services, but eligible claims dated before termination may still be processed according to the plan rules.

11. Limitation of Liability

Ommpo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or approval of all claims.

12. Changes to Terms

Ommpo may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in New York State courts.

14. Diversity & Inclusivity Policy

Ommpo is committed to creating a respectful and inclusive community. Discrimination or hateful behavior of any kind is not tolerated and may result in account termination.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By subscribing to Ommpo, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

Waiting Period and Fraud Prevention Policy
1. Waiting Period for Reimbursement Eligibility

All new memberships are subject to a 30-day waiting period before reimbursement is available.

  • The waiting period begins on the date of first payment or activation
  • Claims dated before the waiting period ends are not eligible
  • Non-reimbursement perks are available immediately
  • Limited exceptions may be granted for verified emergencies, at Ommpo’s discretion
2. Fraud Prevention and Verification

To protect members and maintain program integrity:

  • All information provided must be accurate and truthful
  • Ommpo may require address verification for household members
  • Ommpo may verify all claims with providers
  • Additional documentation may be required, including ID or itemized billing
  • Claims suspected of fraud may be denied
  • Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse
  • Ommpo may recover improperly paid funds and report fraud when necessary

Participation in Ommpo constitutes acceptance of these policies.
