Ommpo Health Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Ommpo Health Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Acceptance into the Program

To become an Ommpo Health Affiliate, you must submit an application for review. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. How the Program Works

• Affiliates earn a recurring 10% commission for each new member they refer who successfully enrolls in an Ommpo Health membership.
• Commissions are paid monthly as long as the referred member remains active.
• There is no cap on the number of referrals or earnings.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an Ommpo Health Affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote Ommpo Health ethically and honestly.
• Not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or false claims.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising guidelines.
• Use only approved branding and materials provided by Ommpo Health.

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

• Misrepresent their relationship with Ommpo Health.
• Bid on Ommpo Health trademarks in paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Use misleading or deceptive marketing tactics.
• Promote Ommpo Health on websites containing offensive, illegal, or adult content.

5. Payment Terms

• Commissions are calculated and paid monthly.
• Payments are issued via PayPal.
• Affiliates must provide accurate and up-to-date payment details.
• Ommpo Health reserves the right to withhold commissions if fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. Termination & Modifications

Ommpo Health reserves the right to:

• Terminate any affiliate who violates these terms.
• Modify or discontinue the program at any time, with reasonable notice to affiliates.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ommpo Health is not responsible for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the affiliate program.
• Technical failures or delays in tracking referrals.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York State. By participating in the affiliate program, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of New York State.
